March’s Student Spotlight
Published: Fri 27 February 2026Shreyas has successfully completed the NHS Cadet Advanced Programme, developed by St John Ambulance in partnership with NHS England. This personal and professional development programme is designed to prepare young people for roles within the health sector. Through a combination of practical training, teamwork, leadership development, and real-world healthcare insight, Shreyas has built essential skills, such as communication, resilience and patient-centred care. The programme not only strengthened his confidence and readiness for future healthcare roles, but also widened his access to volunteering and career opportunities within the NHS and the broader healthcare community, demonstrating commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives.
