February’s Student Spotlight
Published: Mon 2 February 2026Ishraq, a Year 12 student at ICS, is an NHS England Young Researcher. The NHS Youth Forum is a wide group of young people making their voices heard within NHS England, Ishraq has had the opportunity to work with NHS policy teams across a one year research project and represent the forum at events in the UK. As a Young Researcher, he has been creating youth-led research focusing on the 10 year Health Plan in addition to working with decision makers on the issues that matter to children and young people. Studies Biology, Chemistry and Maths and he hopes to study abroad next year.
